1. Information We Collect

POdispatch accesses store data strictly required to deliver automated replenishment and purchase order operations: product names, variants, SKUs, inventory levels, and merchant-entered supplier names and email addresses.

2. Customer Personal Data

POdispatch operates exclusively as an internal B2B inventory and procurement tool. We do not collect, process, or store personal information (such as customer names, shipping addresses, or payment details) of individual shoppers visiting your storefront.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

When you dispatch a purchase order, supplier contact details and ordered line items are securely transmitted to our email delivery provider (Resend) solely to deliver the transactional order email to your vendor. We do not sell or rent merchant or supplier information.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon app uninstallation, stored rules, supplier records, and purchase orders are deleted in accordance with Shopify’s mandatory compliance protocols.
